How do I receive my digital software after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing your license key and a download link. You can also access your products directly through your Bogren Digital user account.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital software, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated. However, we provide free trial versions for most products so you can test compatibility before buying.
Can I use my plugins on multiple computers?
Yes, our standard license allows for activation on up to two machines simultaneously, provided they are owned and operated by the same user.

Do I need a physical iLok dongle to use Bogren Digital products?
No, a physical iLok dongle is not required. Our products use a machine-based activation system or can be linked to a free iLok Cloud account.
